Important Details
- Prices based on standard installations with typical site conditions.
- Additional charges may apply for complex terrain or structural modifications.

- Prices not valid for deck height (as measured to top of deckboards) greater than 6 feet above grade at any point.
- Deck frame will be constructed per local building code.
- Composite deck boards will be single color from specified Trex Enhance line.
- True Craft Renovations reserves the right to refuse any variations on deck orientation, overall design or material.
- Payment terms: 10% at contract signing, 40% at commencement of construction and 50% after all work is completed to customer’s satisfaction.
- Service area includes Greater Cincinnati region. Contact us if you are outside of this area.
- We accept, cash, check and most major credit cards. No discount for cash/check payment.
